Cannot view calendar entries as a delegate

As a delegate (full access) the user is unable to view her boss' calendar appointments.
For example, a day will be highlighted (bold) as it has an appointment, but the appointment itself cannot be seen.
I have added the user to the permissions tab of the boss' a/c in Exchange Admin with USER rights but this has not helped.
Can anyone help?

By any chance are the appointments being marked as private? joegz

Hi,

Unfortuntely not! I have already checked that possibility.

The problem has occurred in 3 different depts., all of whom are present on the same Exchange server. This server was recently upgraded to Win2k form NT4.0

Any other ideas most welcome!!
