Cannot use remote assistance

I have enabled remote assistance through a group policy in our AD domain but I cannot access some systems using remote assistance. I can access some machines

On some systems, when i tried to provide remote assistance to some users the system behaves as if am using remote desktop, it presents me with a login prompt and logs out the user if i log in. As you know remote assistance should allow me access to the users desktop after getting permission from the user, just like VNC.

anyone experience this before? Pls help
