Cannot Trans, Conf, Park

I have an extension that I cannot transfer, conference or park any calls on. I prinded a LD 20 using the TN number and compared it to other extensions and all the settings appear correct. What am I missing?

I went into LD 32 Disabled/Enabled the TN and it's working now. Thanks for your help.
