Cannot Switch Identities

Hello,

I user of mine uses Outlook EXpress on XP running SP1 etc..... She has two identities, but sometimes when she switches between them, it closes down OE and she cannot reopen it unless she reboots computer.

I've tried solutions from KB 311399, KB 274017, KB 329084
to no avail.
All these have been implemented. It doesn't happen all the time......I tried it myself and switched identities 10 times with no problems under her account. So....what's up? ANyone else seen this?
