Cannot Start 1940576

Hello All, I joined my XP Client machines to a 2000 domain. When I log the client onto the domain I get the error message "cannot start 1940576 Error Invalid Configuration".

The user is still able to log, but I do not want this error popping up.

Does anyone have a soulution?

This is a Backweb error.
Backweb is installed commonly by COMPAQ, HP and other OEM vendors, and software vendors.
