Cannot setup VPN on Business Edition

I have a Vista Media Centre and VPN works fine I also have a Tosh Laptop with Vista Business on a domain and I cannot setup the vpn, says cannot connect and wont create the connection. Anyone any ideas seems quite a common proble when check in google but no one seems to have a fix

What do you mean by "Vista Media Centre", Media Center is included in Vista Home Premium and Vista Ultimate. Do you mean XP Media Center?

You cannot access network resources and domain name resolution is not successful when you establish a VPN connection to the corporate network from a Windows Vista-based computer

This is a different issue, my media centre uses Home Premium and is not domained and works fine. My laptop is domained and the services Telephony and Remote Access manager will no longer start which are needed to create a VPN connection. The laptop VPN worked until it was domained.

What errors if any are you seeing in your Event Viewer? Do you get any error message when you try to manually start these services? Are the Dependant services running?
