We recently switched our network from ATM to 100m Ethernet. Since that time we have not been able to install network printers on workstations using Win 2000. Using the install wizard you get to the screen where you select the model for the correct driver and get the message "This operation cannot be completed." Clicking OK sends you back to the previous wizard page. This is not happening with stations using W98 or NT 4.0. Also, 2K users who already have access to a printer are not having any problems.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
