...as your booklet needs to be landscape format you will have to approach this differently, indesign does come with Inbooklet SE, found under the file menu, although this is limited to what can be achieved, it won't bind heads and foots of pages together for example...

...another route would be to export you document to pdf, then create a documen the size of your printers sheet and then manually position these in the correct orientation and order too, folding up sheets and numbering them will help to know what pages need to appear where...
...indesign isn't, unfortunately, geared up to be an imposition software package, other software developers take on this role instead...
