I have a staff member with a laptop who connects to the internet through a wireless connection at home. The wireless router is connected to a wired cable connection. She can get to the internet, but cannot send and receive e-mail. She is running Outlook 2003 and our mail resides on an Exchange 2000 server. I do not know how to troubleshoot this since I cannot replicate the situation in our office and would not really know what to look for if I were to go to her house at this point. I'm not fimiliar with wireless connections as I have not dealt with any myself.
Others in my office have no problem sending/receiving e-mail via a dial-up from home and she doesn't either. I'm assuming that something about the wireless is the culprit.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
