Cannot send mail everything stcuk in outbox

All,

We have a user who is a Windows 2000 pro sp4. Using Office XP. User can recieve mail but cannot send. Everything she tries to send stays in the outbox never being sent. We had her log onto a different computer she still has the same issue. I logged onto her pc and Outlook works fine. Please Help!!!
