we had problems with MTA not starting and after deleting the IMC and rebooting and installing both SP4 and SP6a and making a new IMC the mail from outside started working and all Exchange services are now running, but we cannot send mail outside our organization I get this message when sending external mail:
"The message contains a content type that is not supported"
the error arrives in my mailbox a second after trying to send...
Ive tried sending as RTF, HTML and changing the IMC to allow HTML, but Im not sure that is the problem.
anyone have an idea I would appreciate it.
