Cannot send e-mail to a particullar domain

I'm having problem sending e-mail to X domain. When i can receive from them.
Any idea?

Here is what i got:
Router: FAiled to connect to SMTP host XXXX.com because: The server is not responding.The server may be down or you may be experiencing network problems.

do an nslook up to get their mail servers ip address, then from your mailserver telnet to theirs on port 25. The banner you receive may give you an indication of what the problem is. Possibly your ip is being blocked.
