cannot see removable drive due to registry hack 1

Hi, I can't see my usb flash drive because of a registry hack put in by a previous sys administrator. Can anyone point me at where this is being set in the registry so I can turn the hiding off. It's driving me crazy.

Are you sure it's a hack? Some drives don't show up cause they are wrongly mapped on top of an existing drive. go to the disk management and see if they are listed and change the drive if necessary.

The removable drive was trying to get onto E: which was assigned to the CD. Thanks heaps cheers stephen
