I have a PC with Windows 7, and the PC is in a domain. This PC also has PANDA antivirus and firewall.

The thing is that from a few days back I can't see any PC on the network, I can't access Shared folders that are in a server.

Any ideas on what could be the problem?

We definitely need more information than that:

Is the Network set to be a Trusted Network?

Is the Machine set to view the network from the Network and sharing Center?

Is the PC correctly logged onto the domain?

Was it maybe dropped by the domain?

Did the users change?

Does the currently logged in user have permissions to access the domain?

Is the Server with the shared files also the domain controller?

Can you access the server or any other machine directly by name or IP address instead of browsing through the network?
ie:
\\machinename\sharedname
\\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx\sharedname

Can you ping the machines and or server by name and/or IP address?

To answer some of the questions:

It is in a trusted network.

The computer is in the active directory and the user has no changed.

Also I have checked that the user was logged in correctly.

One more thing, from my PC I can see the PC with the problem and I also can access his shred folders.

I have also tried to create another user account in the PC were the problem is and does not let me because it says that it does not have a trust relationship with the domain.

How do I fix this?

This goes into "Trust Relationship" a little bit. I think the main suggestion coming from the old Vista article is to remove the workstation from the Domain and then to rejoin it?

You might like to pursue this side of things in a Server Forum?

I agree seems the machine does not trust the domain it in.

Look into the Panda firewall. To test, can you disable the firewall, and THEN see if you can connect to the network shares? If that's the case, look in the firewall events and settings, and find the issue there. Firewalls often cause hiccups for usage, doing what they're programmed to do.

Thank you all.

I will try to rejoin the PC in the domain, do you think by doing this I will loose any information in the users profile?

I uninstall the PANDA antivirus and firewall, I also disabled the windows firewall, but I will check if there are any events.

Thanks again.

I tried to re-join the PC to the domain, but it gives me the error that the active domain controller could not be found.

Can you ping the domain controller server? Looks like a network issue, which caused it to loose all connection to the domain, and hence its trust.
