Cannot save "quota.md"

Hello,

I found in the log of some savesets the follpwing message:

* <WARNING> : File O:\System Volume Information\SRM\quota.md could not be opened and was not backed up. (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.)

Does it matter, that this file will not be backedup?
Will we have probelms in case of (disaster)restores?

The clients where this appear are logical client on a W2003 cluster.
NW version = 7.3.3
