Cannot resolve name

Trying to add a additional mailbox on a users profile. The user logs on to AD. "Cannot Resolve Name" is popped up when trying to do so. what is the likely cause?

I would think the most likely cause is a mistyped name. Make sure it matches the actual mailbox name.

There could have been a typo when setting up the mailbox. Make sure the name matches exactly. For example John Doe is not the same as John Doe.

I have taken care of the spellings and same results
