Hi everybody,
I searched Microsoft's site and couldn't find this exact problem, so I'm hoping someone here has experienced and fixed it before.
I have one user who uses webmail while out of the office. He can read his emails just fine, but when he hits reply, the window with the email itself disappears, but the window for the reply never comes up.
I thought this may have been browser specific, so first I updated his IE to the latest version and patch, that didn't do it. I had him try this on Mozilla and Netscape, same behavior. However, out of fifty users, he's the only one experiencing this.
Does the web client use javascript to launch and close those windows? Could his javascript components somehow be corrupted? I'm grasping at straws here.
Cheers for any help anyone can provide.
