Cannot reinstall TCP/IP protocol

I'm having an issue reinstalling the TCP/IP protocol.

When you go to the protocols to install, Internet Protocol is no longer listed. I can't use "Have Disk" because I don't have a floppy disk with the data on it, and the notebook doesn't have a CD-ROM drive.

Is there anyway that I can get TCP/IP reinstalled on this machine?

Nevermind....I'm stupid and forgot to restart the machine after uninstalling it.
