Cannot Register crystl32.ocx!!! Pls Help

Hi All

On installing Crystal reports for developers v8.5 the system could not register the OCX crystl32.ocx. I tried to do it manually and the system replied with the following error:

Loadlibrary("crystl32.ocx&quot failed - Invalid access to memory location

Can anybody help me to solve this problem!!

Perhaps you have some conflicting or incompatible DLL's installed? MFC problems?

Perhaps you've an old version installed?

Try unloading any previous versions using regsvr

Or try another machine.
