Cannot Register 3rd Party Application with SCCS Server

Cannot register any 3rd party software, even the mlinktool.exe.
All apps connect to server, however they wait anywhere from 2-30 minutes before they register.

How can I check which applications are connected to the server, or kick them off?

You can look at the applications using the TSM_OAM.exe tool. You need to make sure that the MLSM service is up and running before you start your application servers. Make sure that you are connecting to the SCCS using the CLAN IP address. Make sure that the SCCS has the CLAN NIC first in the binding order.

Shut down all 3rd party application servers. Shut down SCCS, started up services.
