cannot receive email

we have company email system. everybodys email is working fine.
except ones, his email storgage capacity is unlimited.
when i click send and receive it never completes that. it goes till 95% and then goes back to lower number. i m not seeing any new emails in the inbox. also when i try to click the test settings tab, it runs fine.

also when i try to delte something, it say interface problem.
so i cant even delte the mails to increase the storage area. but i have enough place on the disk. i dont think its a storage issue.
any help is appreciated.

Try removing the preview pane from the outlook window, close the app, restart windows and go back to the outlook window and try to delete the affected mails.

If this is not the case, it could be due to the file holding the mail being corrupted. Use the fix program that ships with outlook to check the file.
