Cannot "Show Pivot Table Toolbar"

I have a Pivot Table and I want to create some derived columns. When I right click on the pivot and select "Show Pivot Table Toolbar", nothing happens. Does anyone know what is going on? I am using Excel 2003

Any help would be appreciated!

When you right click a toolbar, does the Toolbar shortcut menu show PivotTable as ticked or not?

When I right click on the toolbar, there is no PivotTable listed at all.

FYI...
This was solved by running the Detect and Repair under the Help Menu.
