Cannot Promote BDC

I have a production PDC&BDC setup using NT 4 SP5.
I built a new NT 4 SP5 BDC with hopes of promoting to BDC. Upon Promotion, the new PDC see's itself as the PDC, but the other servers do not. I can promote the existing BDC to PDC no problem. The new BDC does authenticate users logging on, and replication is working fine.

Thanks, It was hardcoding the PDC there. All is well now
