I have a VB .Net program that is creating a form in Crystal Reports. My user wants the print to come out on an impact line printer. I have set up to print to a Generic Text printer, using the driver from Windows Unix Print Services. The LPR client is to talk with the LPR Deamon on another host (in this case, an OS 390).
When I print, I get a message box stating "The data area passed to a system call is too small". Looking at the event properties in computer management I find this error "Document failed to print due to GDI/Driver error in rendering".
Does anyone know what this means and how to make it work?
