Cannot place out going calls on Hold or Park

IP 403 version 2.1.15 with analog 16 trunk module. ( A bit old I know)

This is a strange on. Unable to place any out going calls on hold or Park.

Incomming and internal calls can be placed on hold and Park.

have verfied config with similar systems on same version.. Nothing different.

Apparently, This has been on going issue since switch installed 2 years ago..

I do see that the Analog Module is on a differnt version than available in the upgrade Wiz.. Will do the upgrade and see what happens..
Was wondering if anyone else has run into this?

The only time I have seen this is when answer supervision was not being detected by the system. Even though you could answer a call you couldn't put it on hold or park it because the system didn't see it as a call.

Is you 16 module connected to an IAD or channel bank?

I found out the problem. The analog 16 trunk module was on lower version of software than was available.. I up graded the module and Hold and Park now work..

Very strange.
