Cannot open Administration web page of IPOCC (https://ip_address:28443/Administration/)

Hi team,

We are installing new IPOCC provided by Avaya, the IPOCC Software was already pre-installed by Avaya

When we try to open Administration webpage of IPOCC to complete the configuration through the link : (

https://ip_address:28443/Administration/),

the page cannot loaded

We have purchase IPOCC R10 licences

Please does anyone already seen this problem before ?

Never used pre-installed IPOCC, does it even come with a never version?

I would reinstall it and it will probably work.

Hi Janni78,

Thanks for the reply, yes you are correct, the server comes with IPOCC version 9.1 however we purchased R10 !!!

So now, I uninstall the IPOCC R9.1 as per maintenance TBG, then I will install new IPOCC R10.1
