Hi guys! I'm having a prob w/ a new user/mailbox that was set up in 2003 AD, and maibox set up on ES 5.5. The mail is working fine now while in 5.5 (using Outlook 03). I want to move the mailbox to our new ES 03 but when I right click the mailbox in System Manager there are no options except for Help for this user only. Some background: originally set the user up on ES 03 but e-mail was not functioning totally(could not receive internal or external mail), so I deleted user and mailbox & started again w/ set up on ES 5.5. I read somewhere about "deleted item retention time" when user is mail enabled, default being 30 days...dont have a clue where to start here...very new and green...thanks for any suggestions
