I have just taken over a company's network. They are running NAV Corp Edition 7.5. I can access every NAV console except the Exchange console. I even reinstalled (didn't uninstall, just reinstalled) the NAV for Exchange. I presume the password it is asking for is the one for the Exchange Service account I specified, right? After the third attemp, I just get the "forbidden" page. I am only using a password too and not a username.

Any ideas? Thanks.

I fixed the problem. When reinstalling, you must first delete the Exchange mailbox that was originally created by NAV for Exchange. During the reinstall you will come to a screen that asked for the IP scheme you want to use (it is filled in automatically by default) and that same screen has you confirm and reconfirm your password. Even though it doesn't say it anywhere on that screen, that is the password for the console. The password fields are also automatically filled in, but make sure you type in the password YOU want to use and reconfirm it. After the reinstall finished, I was able to login to the NAV console for Exchange with my password.
