cannot log into windows 2003

I migrated some users and groups from NT to 2003 using ADMT. Something went wrong so I deleted all the migrated groups and users. I also made domain controller a member server. Now I cannot login using any account into windows 2003. Even shutdown button at logon screen is disabled. How can I fix this..?

You probably deleted your own account. The fact that it allowed you to do this indicates that there is another administrative account with a password available for use. Hopefully you know the password. If not you can try to change it. Once you are sure you can login as the remaining administrative user you will log off and log back on as him.

At this point then I would suggest calling in a local expert on restoring your environment.
Someone probably has some hot way to fix it, but if this were me, I would take out the hard drive and see if I can back up the data by attaching it as a slave to another system. This would need to be a system capable of using NTFS like XP or another Windows 2003 installation.
You will probably need to play around with usernames and access rights on the system you attach to.
If I got the backup ok, I would probably then put the disk back and try installing Windows 2003 over the old one.
