cannot launch ZABO in Win XP

user machine OS : Windows XP.

Hi All,

I have an user thats running windows XP.Webi works fine on his machine.I am trying to install ZABO: The installation process runs fine but when trying to launch ZABO, the unhandled exception error shows up and hence cannot launch ZABO.

Please note that the user is a local Admin on his machine.
whats going on?
