cannot launch Real-time displays

Hi,
we have issue, cannot launch Real-time displays by AACC,in the documentation is written as follow :To download the RTDControl, you can download the control manually or you can download the Multicast Trace Tool.msi on the client PC.

Can anyone advise us where we can downloudig:"Multicast Trace Tool.msi"
