Cannot launch multiple ICA Sessions

One of our citrix users can only launch one ICA sesssion. Each time they try to launch a second session of the same application and key in their user details, it defaults back to the original appication session.

I think that this may be pc specifc as the persons colleagues can launch multiple application sessions.

Is there a registery key to allow multiple sessions?

What you're describing is the default behaviour when trying to launch the same published application more than once on the same client computer.
