Cannot install SP4 1

When I run the self extracting W2KSP4_EN.exe, I recieve the following error message "W2KSP4_EN.exe is not a valid win32 application". Does any one know what the problems is?

Probably corrupt try downloading it again.

I think you are right. The file I have is only 64Mb, but according to Microsoft, Sp4 is 129Mb. This is strange because when I got in this moring IE told me my download was complete. I'll try downloading it again.

I can not even download the SP4 file from Microsoft... it's 129MB or so and each time I attempt to download I get about 17MB and the transfer times out.... we are on T-1 and we are not experiencing ANY other problems with internet connectivity. Is anyone else having this problem?
