I have a simple report written in CR8 Pro that has two subreports in it. The main report and both subreports have one parameter that is being passed properly. The parameter in the main report results in a multipage report (invoices, with different 'copy types', i.e., customer, shipping, accounting copies) which is working just fine. Each subreport is for a shipping or billing address, each of which is the same on all copies. These subreports are also working fine, printing either three lines or four, depending on the address in question (this avaoids teh third line being blank when there are only three lines in the address).

HOWEVER, the subreports are showing all (three or four or whatever) records' addresses rather than just one. Attempting to "format subreport" and selecting "suppress if duplicated" seems like it would do the trick. The catch is that when this checkbox is checked and the formatting dialog is closed, the checkbox is NEVER checked when the 'format subreport' dialog is reopened! What the heck is going on? On the other hand, is there a better way?

All advice sincerely appreciated.

Scott
