Cannot get email as computer cannot find (RASAP132.DLL) file.

(you need the whole line, so you will have to copy to your address bar)

Select your version of windows from the drop down box.

In the 'Search for' box, type 'rasapi32.dll' (note that is a letter i instead of a number 1)

In 'Results limit' select 150 and click the green arrow.

Look for something on the list that seems relevant.

If that doesn't work, how about giving a little more information . . . what version of windows you are running and the exact error message you see.

Try to install Windows 98 Second Edition Dial-Up Networking 1.4 Upgrade.
