cannot find export to excel option in ZABO on WIN XP PRO

Hi All,
One of our users has WIN XP Pro running on his machine.While trying to export reports in ZABO to excel, cannot find the option to export (excel) at all.Only the text file option is available.

I tried doing the following things:

Went into c:\winnt\system32 and found that the excel dll
was msexcl40.dll and mstext40.dll existed on the machine.However,
MSEXCL35.dll and MSTEXT35.dll were missing on the users machine.

I copied MSEXCL35.dll and MSTEXT35.dll from my machine(WIN 2000)
to the location mentioned above on the users machine.But it still wouldn't work.
Can anybody tell me whats going on?

Copying DLLs will not do the trick. You have to register them. Not sure what to do. However, you should be able to find this on the BO tech support site.
