cannot find codec options in video preference

I am trying export using Premiere, but I cannot find any codec options in the video compressor options, even after I have specificly installed DivX. I still cannot see the option. deos any one know any reason for that? strangely I do see something for the Quick Time format, but the divx is still not there.

could I have done anything to have prevent the codec forom showing up?
