I am unable to click on File-Exit Ms Outlook 2000, I get the following error message: "could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid. I clock OK and get another error message-the note will close and your changes will not be saved". I am caught in a loop. I can only close the program by clicking on the 'X'. This has happen with the last couple of days.
My OS is XP Pro and I have zonealarm,Ihatespam and norton antivirus 2004 installed. I know these problems sometimes cause problems. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

thanks in advance

If you have had zonealarm and ihatespam installed for a while, and nothing else has changed, I'd suspect the latest virus signature update for norton anti virus 2004. I run computer associate's InoculateIT v6.0 and every once in a while a similar thing, or a BSOD, will happen on one (random) server or workstation. As soon as the next signature update comes out, the problem disappears until the next time there is a corrupt signature file.

You are correct. Today I am able to exit the program correctly. Thanks again.
