Cannot Establish A Connection! Help Please!!

Hi...my computer has just connected to iprimus (isp) and it worked the first two times and then when i wanted to go on the internet, It would say, "cannot establish a connection."
What should I do?
Please help me....

I would probably call that ISP and have them walk you through your connection problems.
