It's been a while but I would double check that the buttons in One-X Agent match the buttons on the Station Form in CM. Specifically, check for a mismatch between Auto-In and Manual-In.

Also, some times, (I have no idea why) on some PC, using the drop down to go into ready does not work. You get an error.
Add the "Auto IN" button to the favorites and it works just fine.
