cannot dial up to Ras server with analogue modem-.HELP

I am using an analogue line trying to dial in to a Ras server with ISDN connection but this is not working. Others can connect using isdn modems without problems. Is there any way the isdn on the ras can be configured to accept analogue connection?? or any other way??
