cannot delte page

I have a page that keeps appearing even though I delete it's contents and delete the page. Using 4.1
Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure that whatever comes before that is not linked to that page - an invisible return or something.

Thank you. I found some hidden text in box on the first page that must have been the offender.
