Cannot delete Site Systems

Hi,

I am running SMS2.0 SP3 on a Win2K SP2 Server & SQL7.0. I recently took three Domain Controllers permanently off line. I cannot delete them from the Site Systems container because they are still listed as SMS Component Servers. Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to remove these entries?
