Cannot Delete previous Mailbox 1

Hello,

I'm trying to set up my boss (ext226) with a new mailbox. I've gone through the motions (f983, pword, add, mbox, ext etc.) and according to my T7316E if I log in to ext 226 and enter the password I get my bosses voicemail.

HOWEVER, if I log in at his phone (M7068) then I get a previous mail box that I imagine was set up on that extension a VERY long time ago called General Delivery.

I've tried logging back into F983 and deleting this mailbox but it is I can't. I've tried to move it to another extension with no luck.

Is there something else I can try?

You can't delete the GD mailbox but in the EXT prompt you can change it. The mailbox will still be 100 but go to the EXT prompt and change it there.
