Cannot Debug Form

When I try to debug my asp.net form I always get an error before the form loads it says:
Auto-attach to process '[3904] w3wp.exe' on machine 'RESSLERD' failed. Error code 0x80070005 (Access is denied. ).

I have no idea why. This is all contained on my server, which I obviously am an administrator. I have checked every permission I can think of from file system to IIS and cannot get this to run. I have tried to maunally attach to the w3wp.exe process but I get the same error. What to I have to do to get access to this process!?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've never since this problem before. If I were you, I would do a search for the error description on the Microsoft Knowledge Base or the MSDN Library. If that doesn't help, then I would try uninstalling/reinstalling Visual Studio .NET altogether. I know this doesn't sound very helpful but it might work if nobody suggests anything.
