Cannot copy thumbs: access is denied.

We have users which cannot copy files from a Win 2003 server. They get "Cannot copy thumbs: access is denied. make sure the disk is not full or write-protected" error message. How can i fix this.

Looks like the problem is not the source but the target folder ...
