Cannot copy/paste in windows 2000 server

I'm having a problem where the copy/paste feature is not working properly. I can copy/paste test in Word, Notepad, etc. but cannot copy/paste/drag-drop files in Windows Explorer. I have all the latest patches and hotfixes from Microsoft. Please help!!!
