Cannot connect to Signon Manager

One of my client ws's is now reporting an error when trying to logon to ACCPAC
'Cannot connect to signon manager'
It was fine yesterday; all other PC's are fine
Accpac is run from my DC and mappings to \\DCname\accpac\runtime are correct
WS details:
OS = XP SP3
Memory 2GB
AccPac Version 5.3A

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck;
signed on as as domain admin - no luck

Would appreciate some help

Install the system manager service pack and run REGACC.
