I have Arcserve 9.0 Client agent running on a Windows 2000 SP4 box with Exchange 2000 Sp3 running on it.

The information store is not being backed up at present. When I try and run the Backup Agent for MS Exchange Configuration, I enter the correct username & password and domain. I get the error 'Failed to authenticate The Domainname\exchangeagent account' - I can login to a client or server on the domain using the supplied details.

Here is the Exchange Arcservelog from last night - can anyone help? Thanks in advance
