We have a file that someone else created that has two pivot tables (on two different worksheets) and then the data is on the third worksheet. We are trying to change an amount in the pivot tables, however, it looks like it is hard coded rather than linked. Find that hard to believe because the person that created it was very efficient and would link anything where ever it could be linked. Is there a way to change this without having to create another pivot table?

Hi,

I have never been able to change a value in a pivot table -- WOW!

How big is the Source Data table?

How big is the PT?
